Payment Network Service

	•	Payment Network available to Leagues and Athletic Departments to pay Officials.
	•	Payors
		— Set up an administrative RefPay account.
		— Notify Officials that payments will be made through RefPay.
		— Fund their RefPay account. (Funding amount at Payors discretion)
		— Processes payment through Assigning Software or RefPay System.
		— Can view payments in a real-time, itemized format to ensure absolute transparency.
	•	Officials
		— Can set preferences so funds do NOT pool in their RefPay accounts.
		— Can set preferences so they do NOT have to login to Transfer Funds.
		— Receive unlimited Direct Deposits & unlimited Payroll Card loads.
		— Pay a reasonable processing fee for physical checks.
		— Can view payments in real-time and handle their own payment inquiries.
	•	Prepaid Funds are held in Trust at FDIC insured Bank. Bank acts as Fiduciary Trustee.

Full Payroll Service

	•	RefPay Full Service is only available to those who use ArbiterSports for assigning & payroll.
	•	Easily prepare invioices for each sport using RefPay. (Administrative fees and estimated Officials fees)
	•	Prepaid Funds are held in Trust at FDIC insured Bank. Bank acts as Fiduciary Trustee.
	•	Funds can be recalled by Schools or Leagues at anytime.
	•	The Trust Bank processes payments to Officials after services have been performed.
	•	Officials are paid by Direct Deposit, Payroll Card or Physical Check twice per month.
	•	Unused Prepaid Funds are returned to Payor at the end of the sport season.
	•	RefPay acts as the agent for the League or School to ensure all Officials are paid by Trustee.
	•	Preparation & Distribution of 1099's is handled by RefPay on your behalf and in your name.
	•	Officials Payment inquiries are handled by RefPay.
