Daren W. Jackson, CEO - Chief Executive Officer

Daren is the founder of RefPay.com. He has officiated since the age of 13. He currently works as a High School and College basketball in the Rocky Mountain region. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and a MBA from Utah State University. After college Daren spent a number of years working in bank management where he learned the complexity of the ACH banking network that RefPay.com is built upon. He now teaches business education courses and operates several successful small businesses.

Jeremy A. Livingston, COO - Chief Operating Officer

As a young man Jeremy played High School and College football. After a successful colligate career, Jeremy graduated with a BIS technology degree from Utah State University and then went on to obtain a MBA from Washington State and Law degree from the University of Idaho. Jeremy’s work credentials include working for banking, technology and real estate development firms. He currently oversees marketing and fund acquisitions for a major real estate development in St. George UT.

D. Scott Jackson, CFO – Chief Financial Officer

In his early years, Scott played High School and College basketball. While obtaining his undergraduate degree in Economics, he worked as a sports official and accountant for a small local tax firm. Scott continued his education at the University of Texas where he graduated with a Masters degree in Public Accountancy (MPA). His talents and expertise enabled him to become one of the youngest accountants ever promoted to management at the National CPA firm of Delotte & Touche. Scott is a licensed CPA and CFP. He now works as a partner for a regional tax firm in Logan, UT.
